Tommy Park, Campus Minister

After spending the first three years of his life rolling through snow in Iceland, Tommy's family settled down just outside Jacksonville, FL.  It was during his high school years here that Tommy responded in faith to the gospel.  Powerfully compelled by Jesus' love for him, Tommy pursued a calling into ministry which led him to complete a degree in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry at Trinity College in Trinity, FL.  Later he received his Masters in Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando in 2007.  It was during these years that he met and married his wonderful wife, Nikki.  Desiring to share the transforming love of Christ with youth, Tommy served at River Ridge Presbyterian Church in youth ministry for eight years before accepting the call to serve college students at the great University of North Florida in his hometown of Jacksonville.  During their time at UNF, Tommy and Nikki have welcomed their four delightful children Tili, Asher, Izzy, and Judah into their lives filled with lots of adventuring in the great outdoors, eating warm meals with hungry college students, and creating a home where the lonely and struggling can find rest.  When Tommy is not meeting with college students at Starbucks, he can be found watching sports, hanging with his family, doing CrossFit, or coaching soccer and baseball.  Tommy and Nikki are passionate about serving college students faithfully.
